Although a new firm in Construction Inspection and Document Control, the Owner and President, Tracey Bailey, has a multitude of experience working with professional service firms and construction companies that do business with the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority and the Illinois Department of Transportation. As an agent of the Tollway, Tracey was known for her work excellence, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with personnel across the organization. From working in Diversity and increasing contracting opportunities for small and diverse firms to creating policies and programs, reviewing contracts, evaluating pay estimates, and analyzing data to determine the performance of the agency’s contracts, Tracey championed excellence. As an Army Veteran enlisted during Desert Shield, her commitment and attention to detailed was unsurpassed.
